How can I find a missing or Damaged article?
Check with the recipient if the article has been received. If the article was unable to fit in the letterbox or no one was home to accept it, an Item Awaiting Collection or Safe Drop card may have been left in the letterbox or under the recipient's door. Ask the addressee to check for these.
If the article was sent using a tracked service you can visit auspost.com.au/track and check if it has been delivered
if you believe your article is missing, please call our Customer Contact Centre on 13 POST (13 7678) or lodge a damaged or missing item enquiry form and we will initiate a search for your article.

Exchanges, Returns & Cancellations
Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since you've received your items; unfortunately we can't offer you a refund or exchange.
Please note that Food items and Sale items are non-refundable; choose carefully as we do not offer exchanges or refunds for change of mind.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item, both to us and from us back to you. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Please email us the tracking reference after shipping the item and retain proof of postage in case we do not receive the parcel.
We will allow cancellations of orders within 24 hours of the purchase date.
Damaged via transit
Every now and then Mr Postman manhandles parcels. While it is out of our control once your order leaves our care, we pack your orders as well as we could to provide as much padding and support
Please attached the relevant photos and email us for further assessment. Once assessed, we will be able to replace your damaged item or offer you a store credit within 7 days. You will be responsible for paying for the shipping cost for returning your item back to you.
